Victoria Beckham's go-to dinner she's eaten for 25 years to stay in shape

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has been married to footballer David Beckham since 1999 and the couple share four children together - David has shared that her go-to dinner hasn't changed for decades

Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girl turned fashion entrepreneur, is reported to have consumed the same evening meal every night for more than 25 years. Her husband, David Beckham, 50, disclosed details about Victoria's rigid eating regime during a 2022 appearance on the River Café Table 4 podcast.

David said: "I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great, I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately, I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.

"Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that."

He then recalled a notable exception when Victoria was carrying their daughter Harper back in 2011, stating: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.

"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was, but I know she's not eaten it since", reports OK!.

Yet, in an interview with Net-A-Porter, Victoria, 51, provided a somewhat different take on her dietary choices.

She stated: "I'm flexible with regards to food, as David and I are very sociable, and we like to eat out. But when I do eat well, I see the difference in my skin – my eyes are whiter and sparklier and I have so much more energy."

She continued to reveal her preferred foods, stating: "I eat lots of fresh fish, fresh vegetables and salads, as well as seeds and nuts. I also love fruit but don't eat too much, as it can make me feel quite bloated.

""I am disciplined with my eating – that's how I find I get the most out of my body. My treat is a few glasses of red wine, and I also love tequila, and I do eat carbs.

""I consume lots of avocados and really good fats, like salmon. With four children and a job, I work long hours and this approach works for me so I can give 100 per cent.
