Euphoria star Toby Wallace is set to join the cast of Netflix's live-action series based on the iconic video game, Assassin's Creed.

Wallace, who is believed to be playing a co-lead role in the adaptation, will be returning to Netflix after his previous stint in the mystery drama The Society in 2019.

While his character in Euphoria has yet to be announced, there are whispers that he'll be connected to Lexi Howard, played by Maude Apatow.

The actor has just finished filming for the third and final season of Euphoria, which is expected to make its global debut in spring 2026.

Wallace's other recent roles include appearances in The Bikeriders alongside Tom Hardy, Jodie Comer and Austin Butler, as well as Danny Boyle's FX series Sex Pistols, reports the Express.

Filming for Assassin's Creed is slated to begin in 2026 in Italy, hinting at a possible focus on Italian assassin Ezio Auditore from the game's franchise.

The creators behind the Assassin's Creed series are none other than Robert Patino of Westworld and Sons of Anarchy fame, and David Wiener known for The Killing and Halo.

The original video game franchise has shifted over 230 million copies in the past 17 years, making it one of the most successful series in gaming history.

The Netflix adaptation will be following the trend set by HBO's The Last of Us, another series based on a popular video game, starring Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey.

Assassin's Creed is slated to premiere in 2026 on Netflix.
